Weld County Child Protective Services Violates Confidentiality Laws / Endangers The Life Of A Child!

Beware Of Weld County CP$!!!
Good Wind has filed a complaint against the Weld County department, which is being investigated by the Colorado Department of Human Services. Because of state child confidentiality laws and the nature of her case, the girl's whereabouts should not have been revealed.
"We do consider this a serious complaint," said Ron Eicher, acting public information officer with Colorado Human Services. "If there was a breach of confidentiality, it has put a child at risk of being kidnapped. We are taking this very seriously."
The state expects its investigation to be complete within a week or two.
Weld County Department of Social Services did not return phone calls seeking comment.

Are you being stalked on the internet by CP$ employees, County Attorneys, GALs?Are they printing out membership lists, petition signatures, or support group information and presenting the exercise of your constitutionally protected rights as "evidence" against you in court? Are they following you into on-line support groups, chat rooms, or Family Advocacy groups? In Weld County, Colorado; children are the fuel and fodder for
the Child "Protective" industry. Children are both the victims and
the weapons used by this industry. And make no mistake, this
is an industry, to the tune of BILLIONS of dollars annually in the
United States.
In Weld County, parents are considered guilty even if they have never been accused of any crime against their children, families are viewed as harmful and an obstacle to the county's claim on our children. The Constitution of the United States is merely an irritating piece of paper that hinders the generation of income for this industry of destruction and the power tripping oppression of over-educated, under-experienced "public servants".
The money brought in by this county level "AXIS OF EVIL" flows from you, the taxpayer and is used to fill the coffers of county accounts, agency employees, lawyers, counselors, therapists, treatment centers, group "homes",
supposedly "non-profit" organizations, and on and on and on...
It is far past time to join together to put a stop to the
financial exploitation of our children and the bureaucratic
terrorism of our families by the Child "Destructive" Services.

Suzanne Shell raises chickens in rural El Paso County. It's not the world's most exciting job, but Shell's other pursuits -- which include working as an author, journalist and documentary producer, running a contentious website called ProfaneJustice.org, offering her services as an expert consultant to parents accused of abusing and neglecting their children, and generally raising hell as a prime mover in the family-advocacy movement -- manage to keep things interesting.

Children's Bureau of the Dept of Health & Human Services reports:
* 249 children exited the foster care system BY DEATH in the 6 month period from 10/1/97 to 3/31/98. (Only 39 states reporting)
There were 996 child deaths in the entire year of 1997 due to abuse or neglect. If you took this 6 month figure and doubled it to equal 1 year, foster care deaths would represent 50% of all child deaths.
The children in foster care represent only 1.7% of the general population of children. If the rate of child deaths were proportionate, there would only be 17 child deaths from foster care. This means that children are dying 59 TIMES more often in foster care than in the general population!

NOW says family court corrupt, harms children

The family court system in California is "crippled, incompetent and corrupt" and enriches judges, attorneys and mental-health professionals at the expense of children, according to a new report to be released today by the California branch of the National Organization for Women.
After a three-year inquiry, the report's authors concluded that the state's family law courts have developed into "full employment programs" for private court mediators, psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, educators and attorneys.
"What we are seeing is a lack of ethics and proper courtroom codes in the family law system," said Rachel Allen, public relations director for NOW. "As a result, judges, attorneys and other personnel are lining each other's pockets instead of acting in the best interest of the child."
This report is just as accurate here in Weld County as it is in California, in fact this report is accurate across this nation.

"Strengthening families also means that government must admit that it is often a poor safety net for the thousands of Coloradans in need. Colorado must continue to foster and encourage more collaboration and partnerships with businesses and faith-based organizations."
